The Wampee Campus

Wakeside Commercial Park is excited to announce the addition of its newest location.  It will feature five new buildings totaling 30,000 square feet of customizable workspaces at the Highway 57 “Wampee” campus in North Myrtle Beach, SC.  

Construction is underway with phase 1 and has an expected completion date of early 2025.  This great new location will be a replica of our existing Myrtle Beach, SC location buildings so tours of those existing buildings are available.

Wakeside Commercial Park’s “Wampee” campus is located in a picturesque setting only a stone’s throw away from Highway 31, Highway 9, Highway 90 and the vastly growing residential and retail communities of the North Myrtle Beach area.   Our main traffic outlet offers acceleration and deceleration lanes on Highway 31 which is important for customers, deliveries and your employees.  It is very easy to get anywhere you need to go up and down the grand strand for your business needs!
