Wakeside Commercial Park is designed with contractors, service personnel, distributors, light manufacturers and all small business owners in mind. Every aspect of our operation is first class, from construction to maintenance and service.  As professionals, we do not “cut corners.”

All Wakeside units are built on 5 inch reinforced concrete slabs to support heavy forklift use. Our roof peaks are 22 feet to accommodate tall machinery, shelving and mezzanine buildouts. All rollup doors are 14 feet tall and either 12ft or 20 ft wide and can accept vehicles as large as a box truck, motorhome or tour bus.

Our campus is designed for easy access by the largest “18 wheeler” rigs, with ingress and egress from Highway 57 and Bell Road. Trucks never have to turn around or back up.  Our reinforced DOT asphalt vehicle route can handle any amount of weight that can travel legally on USA highways, so deliveries are never an issue.
